These guys are THE BEST! Great communication, easy to work with, and they did an amazing job on my car. They truly made my life so much easier. As someone who’s always saying, “I’m just a girl” when it comes to cars 😂, I appreciated how patient, helpful, and nonjudgmental they were. I highly recommend them!

JT is the best around, personal, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond. Multiple times I have had major issues and he has squeezed me in same day. JT is a life saver.

Talking with the guy and he told me quoted a price which I was fine with. The next day he changed his mind and wanted more money just for a service call.

I would HIGHLY recommend this business! This was my first time ever using them. They were very prompt for the scheduled appointment. Zach was the one who did my brakes. Very polite young man. Spoke to JT on the phone and he was very down to earth. Worked with me on everything! I would DEFINITELY use their service again!

Updated 02.25.2025 ***** Couldn't leave a 'new' review so updating this one. Once again Tri-Cities Mobile Lube was Johnny on the spot to get my car road worthy for an out of state trip! I have never been so impressed with a mechanic in all my life. Our work van would not start. We replaced the fuel pump and it still wouldn't start. We were dead in the water and couldn't get it anywhere to be looked at. Was told to call Tri Cities Mobile Lube and see if they could help. Not only did they help, they JUST fixed the van! This man JT (and his lovely wife Tracy) did not give up until they figured out what was wrong, got us a great price on the part and fixed it. Turned out it was the ECM board that needed to be replaced. I'm absolutely thrilled to be able to go back to work tomorrow. I'm absolutely thrilled with how hard they worked and professional they were. So I'm telling you, if you need a mechanic with knowledge and skill...call Tri-Cities Mobile Lube today and tell 'em Pam sent ya!! They w
